It was the beginning of September 2020. I am coming back to my home in LA from a temporary one in Sonoma, where I spent a beautiful two-month living side by side with my tribe.
Short overview: I live in a house with two friends of mine: Liza and Anastasia. We call our place Anaxata - heart collective. This time girls were both traveling somewhere and subleased their rooms.
Antonina. She moved in just for a week since Liza subleased her room for the timeframe of her trip to Europe.
I hadn't met her before I came back home. So it was a surprise
We have a few dozen friends in common and all of them from the most upgraded version of my tribe. At this moment, that didn't surprise or fascinate me at all: the thing how small this world. It feels more like I got into the flow of social interaction, where I stick to those energies who I click with the most.
We got along pretty well. In one of the conversations, Antonina mentioned that she is working on a tech project. "Emotional tourism" she said. It's like you got to be in somebody else's shoes for a day. In 5 days, I got to know a lot about her without having too much of conversation. No, I cannot read people's mind; she was pretty structured, presenting herself.
We clicked on the same idea:
"I am crazy about people obsessed with something, in a good way. Especially if the managed to dig deeper in their niche. "- I said.
The core base of her project is "guru" who will guide clients into an experience. Guru - usually an industry leader, well known and acknowledged in their niche.
My idea was to promote a series of podcast 10 min, each with people from different industries. With an idea to promote commitment and constancy by creating a structure for creating a content. At the moment, we might work together or at least try to see what we can co-create.
"Let's meet sunrise at the beach! And you leaving to San Diego tomorrow, can I take a few portraits of you?" I said.
Commit to waking at 5-30 am at midnight was risky. That made me get up early, and I am glad that happened. Foggy Overcast! What could've been better for cinematic shots to highlights her personality?
